Farmer Paul Nunziata supplies home grown Raw Jersey Cow Milk.  They are situated in Le Virgen, just outside San Juan del Sur. The milk is sold at C$30 per liter, sourced directly from healthy Jersey cows, and available daily.  Purchasing containers at Maxi Pali in Rivas is recommended, but you can bring your own containers and they will transfer the milk over.  Pastures are chemically sprayed at intervals throughout the year.
